Many of you may or may not know who Ina is. Ina "the breakfast queen" is the restaurant owner and chef of her Ina's restaurant on Rondolph street here in Chicago. We were fortunate enough to get to know Ina on a more personal level over a very short time period just by eating at her restaurant several times a month. Ina supports many causes that are close to our hearts and we thank her for that. Here is what Ina wrote in her January 2007 news letter:
